Description:
Winchester model 1894 Light Rifle in 25035 WCF.Built in 1907,this rifle has a half octagon half round nickel steel barrel.It also has a half magazine and a crescent butt.The rifle is in very good mechanical condition with an excellent bore.The metal has turned and overall gray patina and is smooth overall with no pits.The stock is sound with no cracks.There is a small sliver of wood missing on the upper right of the stock where it meets the receiver.(shown in photo).The rifle has an old replacement front sight and a Lyman peep rear sight.Both have been on the gun a very long time.This is a hard to find rifle in this caliber and with these options.A fun gun to shoot or a great candidate for restoration.C&R eligible.
