Winchester Model 1894 Sporting Rifle .38-55wcf. The serial number of this rifle is 113265 placing date of manufacture in 1897-98. Overall condition is very good with 80-85% of the original Winchester factory blue toning to a very nice blue/plum patina. The bore is very good with scattered leading/pitting as you would expect. The bore is shiny with strong rifling. The bore will rate an 8 on a 1 to 10 scale. Wood to metal fit is perfect with no evidence of sanding.
