Antique REMINGTON “IROQUOIS” .22 Pocket Revolver
Very Fine & Tiny .22 Rimfire Conceal Carry Revolver
Here we present an antique Remington “IROQUOIS” .22 Rimfire Pocket Revolver, made circa the 1880s in Ilion, New York. Only about 10,000 of these revolvers are thought to have been produced. The Iroquois was a well-made, self-defense pocket revolver competing directly with the Colt New Line .22, Colt Open Top, and Smith & Wesson No. 1 Revolvers. It holds 7 shots of .22 Rimfire.
The top of the barrel is marked “IROQUOIS” and the left side is marked “E. REMINGTON & SONS. ILION NY”.
The overall condition is very fine. The original nickel finish is 90% or better. The markings are clear and legible. The original hard rubber grips are in very nice condition. The bore is well-rifled and clean. The action is excellent.
