Description:
Caliber 32-20. 24 inch round barrel and full length magazine. Excellent bore. Original sights. Wood has a couple of small chips at the bottom of the forearm where it meets the receiver. Buttstock has a special order shotgun style buttplate and a few oil stains leaking out of the receiver from black powder residue. Retains most original varnish. Barrel retains about 75% original blue. Magazine tube has toned to a plum/brown. Receiver has about 60-70% original bright blue with a little browning to the side plates. Tight dust cover. Vivid case colors on the hammer and lever. Gun would benefit from a good cleaning. Someone without to much talent has had it in a vise and left mars on the side of the receiver and a few light gouges in the barrel. This one is a bargain!
