Description:
Desirable cal 38-55. Scarce 26" half oct bbl and full length mag tube. This is a very scarce configuration. Original sights. VG bore. Wood appears to have possibly lightly cleaned at one time and some linseed oil added. Bbl and mag retain about 90% thinning blue. Receiver has about 60-70% blue. It appears to have been returned to the Winchester factory at one time as it has the "WP" as well as the "P" marking. Other than that is a unique gun in the scarce configuration and an antique serial range.
