British P-56 Cavalry Carbine Dated 1858 and Tower Marked. 3 Leaf rear sight. Gun has a captive ramrod. Lock is crown VR marked. Action works perfectly. This is a very solid carbine that has seen some extensive use. Metal parts such as the barrel, the bands, and the lock have been cleaned. The stock is solid and shows nicks and dings. We think it is safe to say this has seen actual battle use!
