Description:
This is a very RARE 5 shot 26 caliber percussion spur trigger revolver with only 650 ever made, 1860-1861. You are probably more familiar with the name Sharps & Hankins. Wm. Hankins joined in partnership with Christian Sharps in 1861, so this revolver is important to Sharps collectors. It is serial number 511 and is all matching numbers. The condition is very fine plus with over 50% barrel blue and about 30% fading cylinder and frame blue. The bore is almost very good, bright and shiny. The mechanical function is about very good. This item is a very RARE percussion revolver.
