Description:
This is the Colt bicentennial set made to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the United States. this set consists of a Colt Python .357 Magnum with a 6" barrel, a Colt Single Action Army .45 Colt with a 7 1/2" barrel and Colt second generation 3rd model Dragoon .44 caliber black powder revolver. These revolvers all share the same serial number with a diffrent suffix.Each revolver has special rollmarks on the barrels . the Python and SAA have unfluted cylinders with special rollmarks as well.all three revolvers have special walnut grips with pewter medallions of the great seal of the United States. This set comes with a walnut cabinet with red velvet lined drawers and a spot for the included book "Armsmear" the home,the arm,and the armory of Samuel Colt. a memoria which was commissioned by Elizabeth Colt to preserve the legacy of Samual Colt after his passing.this set is still in factory oil and unfired. the cylinders have not been turned . the book has never been opened.
