REDUCED!!! For sale is a beautiful London Best Henry Atkin(From Purdey's). The elegant side lock, side lever circa 1890. In 12 ga. 30" barrels. Originally made for the Marques of Winchester. The right bore is .729 and choked .010(I. C.) The left bore is .729 and choked .020(mod.) 2.75" chamber and beautifully sleeved. The weight is balanced at the hinge pin. 6lbs 9oz. The rib is stamped"Sir Joseph Whitworth Fluid Pressed Steel Barrels."#1 gun of a pair. Intercepting sears. Stanton locks. 15 1/2 inch LOP. DAC 1.5". DAH 2.25". Double triggers and English stock. Beautiful grained wood. Everything is on face and tight. Ejectors are strong and timed. Beaded fences. Very fine Rose and Scroll engraving. Raised solid rib.  Rt. barrel wall is .035 thick. Lt. barrel wall is .033 thick. Makers leather case. A true master piece of that era. Offered at a very reasonable price. The photos will show you everything.
