Colt Bisley .38 WCF caliber revolver. Manufactured in 1899. Bore is fair with even wear and frosting but no real pitting. Barrel length is 5 ½”. Action works perfectly. The grips are original to the gun from the period of use. This gun was from a collection that adorned the wall of the Interurban Train which ran from Houston to Galveston. In the train station was a news stand and sundries store called The Interurban Queen. This was in the 1920’s and 30’s. The Queen had quite a gun collection and was a Galveston attraction. The collection was packed away years ago and we recently purchased it. A neat piece of Old Galveston history.
