This is the Sam Colt Sesquicentenial that was made in three models,the 1 of 5000 Standard,the 1 of 200 Deluxe and this one, the One of 50,hand engraved,silver cylinder,trigger guard and backstrap,2 white gold bands on both front and rear of barrel and edjector rod housing.Yellow Gold Serial Number 4800SC-all the Special Deluxe Presentation end in 00 or 000,Sam Colt Signature on Grip Frame. Black Colt Book by R.L. Wilson -signed by him as well.
These were made in 1964 with issue price of $1000-over $7800 in 2017 dollars
Rare-could be only one offered for sale presently.Outstanding unfired condition in case-with key, silver bullets, coin,pouch for coin and signed book.
