Description:
This is a very nice Rogers & Spencer Civil War Army 44 Caliber with serial number 1585 and is all matching numbers. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The bore is very good, bright and shiny with strong rifling. The frame retains 80% blue, 40% barrel blue. The hammer and lever have 50% case color. The cylinder has only traces of blue, mostly plum color left. All of the numbers and markings are very good, sharp and crisp. The wood grip are very good with sharp and crisp cartouche.
