Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: This is one of the nicest complete Luger rigs we have had in some time. It not only has an excellent BROWN "1937 R. Ehrhardt Poessneck" holster, but it also has the original 2 serial numbers matching magazines and the original tool! Many of the Lugers we see today that have two matching magazines have been re-numbered (faked) post war. This Mauser-made S/42 code Luger is all matching and original, and the two matching magazines are 100% original and correct. The original factory blue finish on this Luger rates 94 to 95%, with the majority of finish loss being high edge wear from being carried in the holster. As you can see in the pictures, the grips straps are excellent. The bore in this S/42 Luger is minty and bright. There is no pitting or signs of erosion, and the rifling still looks sharp throughout. The original checkered wooden grips are also in excellent condition. They are free from cracks or repairs, and the checkering is still clean and well defined with no wear or soiling to speak of. The holster is a real beauty as well. It is still the original brown color that it left the factory in, and has not been dyed or polished. It is dated the same as the pistol, 1937, and is nicely marked with the maker and the town in Germany where the factory was located. The holster has 100% solid original stitching and has the original "Eagle 63" tool in the pouch in the lid. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer 100% original WW2 Luger "bring back" rig!
