Description:
This John Rigby Stalking Rifle was a special order by Westley Richards in 1912. It was ordered in the British .303 rimmed cartridge and sighted for the 150 grn. High Velocity pointed bullet. It was returned to England after WW II to have the scope mounted in claw-mounts. The stock has been kept freshened, and it was blued after the scope mounts were installed. The action was designed for Rigby by Paul Mauser for the rimmed cartridge, it is known as the Slant Box Magazine. All numbers are matching, and the scope is in perfect condion.
