Here's a classic highly engraved and very solid boxlock from Alex Henry, one of the esteemed Scottish makers. The gun has excellent modern shooting proportions with 30" barrels and a 14 7/8" LOP. The gun has a very solid lockup and would make for a dependable and stylish shooter.
The bores are very nice and the gun is in rather remarkable condition for its age. The case colors are faded but the gun has a very nice patina.
This gun is one of several we have had from the Oliver-Brice collection. The pricipal owned a private equity firm in Switzerland which allowd him to travel extensively in the UK and Europe. His passion was finding and researching high quality/investment grade British and European firearms.
