Description
This standard grade Kolar Max T/A features a 32″ matte adjustable low profile o/u barrel and a 34″ matte adjustable un-single barrel. Comes with a standard grade English Walnut stock and Negrini trap combo hard case. Precisely Set P.O.I.
The new Max T/A is available with either 34” un-single, 34” over-single or a 30” or 32” over-under. It features fully adjustable ribs on all barrels. With the addition of the new standard low-profile (LP) rib, the Max Series TA combo now offers a range of Point Of Impact (P.O.I.) capability from 60% to 150%.
All combs are delivered with the barrels set to the same P.O.I. unless otherwise specified.
Maximum Pattern Efficiency
The barrels on the Max T/A are low recoiling .750 bore, with extra-long forcing cones and factory CTs for maximum pattern efficiency.
New Lite Contour .740 bore barrels are also available in all configurations.
A weight kit is available to meet your specific balance requirements when choosing the over-single barrel. Unobstructed Target Acquisition
Stocks are designed to promote a heads-up gun mount, which promotes rapid unobstructed target acquisition. All stocks are fitted with a six-way adjustable comb. The forend is an extended beaver tail design. Both stock and forend are cut from high quality English walnut. Precise, Consistent Trigger Pull
The re-designed Stage II mechanical trigger is selectable and adjustable for trigger blade placement. It features a patented interlock to eliminate the possibility of fan-firing. The all coil spring driven Stage II trigger features an enhanced hammer/sear configuration to ensure precise, consistent trigger pull. The Precision of a Custom Stock
Kolar offers multiple factory stock dimensions allowing the shooter the flexibility to achieve a custom fit out of a factory available stock. This flexibility is unmatched in the industry and is essential for proper gun fit. This allows instant recognition of target line and variance. All stocks are fitted with new L/W titanium hardware and a six-way adjustable comb as standard equipment. A special L/W heel adjuster is optional. When combined with the adjustable comb you have all the precise fitting benefits of a custom stock.
