Very cool and heavy duty Carbine Sling attachment out of my Texas collection. In the black patina. Functions perfectly. I have had this for a long time. Possible CS carbine sling swivel/snap. Much cruder construction than Union Counterparts. 9″ overall length and takes sling that is 2.45″ wide. Snap is flat sided, spring is much larger, and rivet studs appear on the outside of the roller. Distinct differences between more common Union versions.
