EARLY POST WAR MODEL 94 "FLATBAND" .30-30 CARBINE, #1526XXX, MADE 1949, this one has seen very little real use and it still in top condition, at worst it shows some very shallow handling marks in the stock and a slight scratch or two in the left side of the receiver, mint bore, exc. tight action, still retains the front sight hood, correct original checkered steel butt plate, correct early "flat" barrel/magazine band toward the muzzle, not quite mint, but excellent plus. Since Winchester doesn't really make anything like this any more (certainly not in the United States) these are rapidly going up in value.
