Winchester Model 12 16 Gauge Solid Rib
Another offering from our Oil and Insurance friend. This is his Winchester Model 12 16-gauge serial # 510512 circa 1927ish. Receiver has had a fantastic professional refinish at some point. Barrel is 26 inches, sports a solid rib with small silver bead in the middle and a larger silver bead at the muzzle. Choked Improved Modified, chambered for 2 ¾ inch shells. The bore is perfect the forcing cone has been relieved. This reduces recoil and shot pattern deformation. Gun has been fitted with nice quality aftermarket wood and black decelerator recoil pad making LOP 14 ¼ inches. 1 5/8-inches drop at comb. An attractive quail medallion has been installed at the pistol grip with all the refurbishment done for many more years to come.
