Crested EUROPEAN Antique Percussion Pistol
Made Circa 1830 with Interesting Crest
Here we present an antique European Percussion Pistol, made circa 1830 in Europe. This smaller belt pistol bears a pewter crest in the wrist of the stock. A crown proof is located on the left side of the canon-shaped barrel.
The overall condition is good. The metal parts are dark gray with age. The wooden stock shows extensive use, with a repair made to the 3-inch section near the muzzle. The bore is smooth and untouched. The action is excellent.
