Colt Custom Shop M45A1 CQBP Marine USMC Marked 1911 45ACP NIB
This is the last of the Colt Custom Shop USMC Marked O1070M45 Pistols to be released before the United States Marine Corps filled a cease & desist letter with Colt Manufacturing.
This fine example was built from hand selected parts to allow the Colt Custom Shop gunsmith (CCS7) to hand fit this pistol for best fit & accuracy as opposed to the production floor assembled government contract pistols.
This is the end of an era as the Colt Custom Shop workforce was gutted late 2016/early 2017 to two remaining gunsmiths.
There will be no more Colt Custom Shop built USMC marked or M45 pistols as CCS has ceased taking orders for new builds. (see custom firearms links, notice no new builds)
