Caliber Info: .375 H&H Magnum
Metal Condition: Excellent, near new. The receiver top is unmarked as there is no evidence of scope mounts of ever being attached and Weartherby's gold finished plug screws are still in place.
Wood Condition: Stock: Very good plus overall, but has a number of superficial marks to the black finish. They are highly exagerated in appearance and size in the photos from the bright flash-lamps.
Bore Condition: Appears unfired save from factory test rounds. Bolt face is unmarked!
Barrels: 24" barrel.
Triggers: Weatherby factory trigger.
Stock: Weatherby factory composite stock of fiberglass construction with crinkle finish and pillar bedding.
Stock Dimensions:
13 1/2" length of pull.
Butt Pad: Weatherby factory installed Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Standard with this rifle.
Weight: 8 Lbs.
Extras: Factory box. Besides the usual Weatherby labels on the box there is also a "Friends of NRA State Committee 2008" label attached. This was a dinner gun! Probably why the rifle wasn't shot as the winner may have had no need for a .375 H&H. We get a lot of
