Winchester Model 1894 Sporting Rifle .30wcf. (.30-30) factory 26 inch Octagon Barrel. The serial number of this example is 1642XX placing date of manufacture in 1899. Overall condition is very good plus. This rifle has retained 50+% of its original untouched factory finish. The bore is perfect and will rate a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. The bore is bright and shiny from breech to muzzle. The action is tight, smooth and mechanically perfect. Wood to metal fit is perfect with 60% of the original factory varnish remaining.
