This Beautifully Restored and Up-Graded LC Smith, LONG RANGE, IDEAL GRADE was completely restocked in "Select Grade" Circassian Walnut by Ferlach, Austrian, Master Gunmaker...Gunter Pfrommer. (Pfrommer Gun Works). It has new over-size hinge pin and barrels that were re-jointed. This gun locks up with absolutely no looseness in terms of fit between barrels and receiver. New screws in action and forend. Satin oil finish on Circassian Walnut Wood and ribbon checkering pattern to include checkered butt. Ebony wood inlay in custom forend that was fitted and appears to have grown into the wood. Butt stock and forend wood are in 100% condition. Re-blued parts and screws. Barrel text has been re-engraved as necessary; as well as the leaf and background on sideplate. Color Case Hardened frame and trigger plate parts. New ivory front and mid bead. Custom accent added to muzzle area. Although this gun has original 3 inch chambers in the 30 inch barrels...I have shot only 2/3/4 inch shells in this gun since I've owned it. Bores are very good as well. Chokes are very tight...measured...Right Brl. .039...Left Brl. .041. Stock measurements are taken as closely as I can measure...and from front trigger.
Length to Center of Butt. 14 7/8". Length to Toe. 15 1/4". Drop to Comb. 1 1/2". Drop at Heel. 2 1/4". Slight Right Hand Cast Off.
