*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1962 (boss code 12N) Savage 99F Featherweight (serial # 1039604) in 243 Winchester with 22" barrel. On top is a period Redfield Bear Cub 2 3/4 power scope with vertical tapered post to a horizontal cross hair reticle (with original instruction sheet) mounted on Redfield rings & dovetail bases. The 99F in 243 Winchester is hard to come by, in my opinion, as this is only the second one I have had in my shop since I started selling 99s years ago. And it is a nice one with only light use marks. The barrel is a lightweight "pencil barrel", with good riflings & shiny bore. If you have been looking for a 243 to round out your 99F collection, you may have just found it. Look at the pictures to see what I am offering for sale. $50 S&H to most of the lower 48.
