Description:
Selling one box of The Union Metallic Cartridge Co. (UMC) No. 3 Copper Primers for Shot Gun Shells. They were adapted to smokeless powder. These primers were cataloged between 1898 and 1909. The box is in good condition (for being 109 to 115 years old!). It has been opened yet still contains 91 of the 100 primers.These would make a great complementary display piece. A very rare and collectable example of American ammunition history.
