Guns by Sally-always the best for less. We are over the top proud to offer this stunning artwork masquerading as a Colt Single Action Army. Engraved and signed by master engraver John Adams, she was then plated in real silver. The screws, ejector head, and base pin are finished in fire blue, and this wheel gun is a sight to behold. John Adams started working for Harrington and Richardson, then worked for Colt. He has engraved guns for R.L. Wilson, Tom Seleck, Sammy Davis Jr., and has engraved hundreds of special runs for Ruger and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. His work is highly prized and fetches top dollar on the open market. This Colt, made in the year of our Lord 2004, left the factory as a blue and case color gun. Adams starts most this way, removing the finish, engraves, then plates in silver. I checked, and a letter is available for 25 dollars. This revolver is unfired and unturned. It came to me tethered, and it will go out the same way. The original box, lock, and paperwork are all included. To make this gun even more interesting, it is built on a black powder frame. A diagonal screw retains the base pin, an early bullseye ejector handle pushes out the empties, and the early 3 line patent dates are on the frame. The base pin has dimpled ends, too. The E Pluribus Unum grips fit very well, and are about flawless. She is chambered, of course, in .45 Long Colt. Overall, this is the kind of heirloom Colt that can top a collection, and will only increase in value.
