The general appearance and basic design is similar to the Model12 and Model 14/14 1/2 with a single locking lug on the breechblock engaging a shoulder in the upper receiver. This is a take down type repeater with a tubular magazine holding 10 cartridges, in the rifle version, which are loaded through a door in the right side of the action bar.
