Description:

Fully restored top-quality upland game gun by one of Ferlach's most respected gunmakers.  PRICED TO SELL AT ONLY $1600 SHIPPED!

Caliber: 12 ga; original 2 ½” chambers lengthened to 2 ¾”, with forcing cones elongated and polished.

Bores/Choke: Bright near excellent bores. Original Full/Full chokes opened up to IC/IC and polished. (Note: The bores of this shotgun are tighter than the normal size of .725 dia. They are .715 dia. This is not unusual for German guns. Therefore chokes opened to .008 under true bore diameter to give a IC pattern. If you use a standard drop in choke gauge it will read close to Modified, but it is not due to the tighter bore.)

Barrels: 28 ½” length with concave solid matted game rib; silver front bead; rust blued (one minor scratch on left barrel approx. 3 1/2” back from muzzle as shown in second-to-last photo)

Receiver: Scalloped boxlock frame embellished in a deep relief engraving of two ducks in flight on the right, two pheasant on the left and rabbit on the belly all done in natural habitat surrounded scroll. Nicely case colored.

Stock: Checkered walnut pistolgrip buttstock with a flared left side cheekpiece rates very good as professionally refinished with hand rubbed oil finish (minor scuff mark from storage on butt above cut grooves as shown in last photo); blued steel grip cap; blank silver rectangle plate in toe line. Checkered forend features a fancy engraved forend iron and lever release (case colored to match receiver). LOP to the grooved butt is 14 1/2" with drops of 1 1/2" and 2 3/4".

Other Features: Double triggers, automatic safety and ejectors
