For sale is a great Gebruder Merkel Suhl Combination Gun in 16GA Over and 7X57R Under. The gun features a boxlock action, light scroll engravings, about 60% case coloring coverage, 25 ½” barrels, single folding rear sight, front sight, right handed cheek piece, and stock and barrel mounted sling swivels. The gun includes a Hensoldt Wetzlar DIATAL 6X42 scope with claw mounts. The bores are in excellent condition. The rifle trigger is the front push forward type set trigger, and the shotgun trigger is the rear trigger. All serial numbers are matching. There are proof markings and an import marking present on the barrel as well. The checkering is fine throughout. The metal components are approximately 95% overall. The wood has some scratching and small dents throughout but remains approximately in 92% - 95% condition overall. There is one long scratch on the right side of the forend that may appear as a crack in the photos, but it is only a deep scratch. Shipping costs $60 within the lower 48 states.
