WWII Issue Remington Rand Model 1911A1 Semi-Automatic .45 acp Government Model. The serial number of this example is 17440XX placing date of manufacture in 1943-44. Overall condition is 98-99% original untouched military phosphate finish toned to a very nice even green. The Barrel blue is 95% correct HS marked. The bore is perfect, no evidence of use.
