Description:
This is a nicely refinished Cone Hammer antique C-96 Broom Handle Mauser pistol. All of the markings are sharp and the metal was not buffed to death. The bore is bright and shiny, not pitted but is a little thin. The mechanical function is very good and tight. The serial number is 11627 and is all matching except for the follower and floor plate. It retains over 96% of the refinish. The grips are not numbered and the metal is not pitted. It should be checked by a gunsmith before shooting, although I would not have a problem shooting it with 7.63 Mauser ammo. Never fire Russian Tokerev pistol ammo out of a Broom Handle Mauser as the Tokerev ammo is way too hot for it.
