Description:

Lebeau-Courally 12 Gauge built in 1963 with 28" dovetail lump IC/M ejector barrels with raised matted rib and ivory mid and front beads. 2 3/4" chambers. Bores are as new measuring .730 right and left. Choked .010 right and .020 left. Double underlugs and hidden third bite. Reciever with 60% coverage scroll engraving retaining 80% vibrant case colors. Double triggers with the front articulated. Stocked in nicely figured European Walnut with very good color and contrast. DAC - 1 1/2" DAH-2 1/16" Neutral cast. 14 1/2" LOP to a solid pad. Excellent game gun weight of 6lb 3oz. Vacant stock oval. This is an outstanding piece by Belgium's most renown top tier maker. The barrel striking and wood to metal fit are superb. Barrel blue is deep and dark and remains at 98%. Wood finish and 28 LPI checkering remain at 98%. There is slight blue loss on the floorplate at the carry areas with some loss of adjacent case colors. This gun has been carried little and shot little. This gun stands side by side with those of the top tier British makers. No apologies here.
