Description:
# 596, 303 British, 25 inch barrel, good bore with light frosting throughout. This rifle is a single shot copy of a Lee-Enfield with hand made parts showing rough file work and lack of polishing. This piece wears a sporter style stock, missing rear handguard, with crude sling keepers mounted. Metal surfaces show a grey patina, dark on action and bottom metal. Wood shows many dings and scratches from use and a dark oil finish. While this gun has been fired many many times, we do not recommend this item for use with any type of ammunition. An interesting copy of the Lee Enfield showing features of the Long Lee and the NO 1 rifles. FFL
