Description:
.45-70 has 29 1/2 inch barrel with original rear sight and a replacement blade in the front sight. Nice bore. Serial number 535xxx and the breech block is marked U.S. Model 1884. Non checkered walnut with original steel butt plate and 1892 cartouche. Wood is cracked and chipped in front of the front barrel band otherwise solid with numerous dings and dents. 20-30% blue.
