26 inch octagon Number 1 barrel chambered in 25 Stevens RF caliber. Bright shiny bore. Barrel retains all of its original factory blue with crisp markings and sharp corners to the octagons. Original sights include a globe front and sporting rear with a midrange Marble tang sight. Receiver also has all of its original blue with some thinning to the top of the frame. Ample case colors remain on the lever and hammer. Butt plate is a gray patina with traces of case color. Crisp action. Wood is in great condition as well. This gun looks surprisingly well for being 113 years old! A real time capsule. Complete with a factory letter from 1958.
