SEE THE PICTURES OF THIS BEAUTIFUL WALTHER ZERO SERIES-FIRST ISSUE P.38 HARD TO FIND. ONLY 1000 WERE PRODUCED IN 1940 FROM S/N 01-TO S/N 01000. MOST OF THESE PISTOLS WERE LOST ON THE RUSSIAN FRONT AND A VERY FEW SURVIVED, BUT THERE COULD BE THE ONLY ONE EXISTS IN THIS ORIGINAL ALMOST MINT CONDITION ESPECIALLY WITH ORIGINAL MATCHING DOUBLE EAGLE 359 INSPECTOR PROOFED ON THE BOTTOM MAGAZINE SPINE. MORE AND MORE PEOPLE HAVE STARTED GETTING INTERESTED IN P.38. THERE IS A BIG COLLECTORS DEMAND FOR SO VERY FEW EXTREMELY RARE EARLY PRODUCTION P.38'S. IN 1940 THERE WERE 13,714 ZERO SERIES P.38 PRODUCED STARTING FROM S/N 01 TO S/N 013714. THESE PISTOLS ACTUALLY WERE PROTOTYPES AND THEY WERE MADE IN THE THREE ISSUES, 1000 PISTOLS IN THE FIRST ISSUE WERE MADE FROM S/N 01 TO S/N 01000, IN THE SECOND ISSUE WERE 1,473 MADE FROM S/N 02005 T0 03478 WITH SOME CHANGES IN DESIGN AND THE THIRD ISSUE WAS THE FINAL. THERE WARE THE LAST CHANGES PROVIDED BEFORE THERE WAS AN APPROVAL TO PRODUCE THE FIRST MILITARY PRODUCTION OF P.38 MADE BY SECRET CODE "480" WHERE THERE WERE ONLY 7,200 MADE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER OF 1940. AFTER THAT THE SECRET CODE WAS CHANGED TO "ac", WHICH WAS USED ALL THE WAY UP TO THE END OF THE WAR IN 1945. BUT ALL THESE PROTOTYPES ZERO SERIES PISTOLS WERE MOVED TO THE NAZI'S MILITARY AND THE MOST OF THESE GUNS VENT TO FIGHT ON EASTERN RUSSIAN FRONT, WHERE MANY NAZI'S FIGHTERS WERE EITHER KILLED OR SURROUNDED BY RUSSIAN'S. THEREFORE ALL THESE PISTOLS ARE HARD TO FIND AND IT IS A COLLECTORS DREAM TO GET ONE INTO THEIR GUN COLLECTION.

We accept bank & postal money orders or personal & business checks, but those take time to clear. We also offer 90 days layaways with 25% down & three more payments of 25% per month. The layaway plan does not have 3 days inspection privileges; therefore there is “NO RETURNS” policy.
