Arrieta y CIA is one of the finest of the Spanish made shotguns produced in the true Basque traditions. Michael McIntosh praises the Arrieta in his book "Best Guns" and in fact carried his Arrieta afield as much as any other gun he owned. The Basque makers were famous for making quality "copies" of other guns, and this Arrieta is a Holland & Holland sidelock action produced to perfection. With perfectly struck chopper lump barrels, removable striker discs, articulated front trigger, stocked to the fences, cocking indicators, deep chiseled fine English Scroll engraving, detachable Holland & Holland sidelocks, Holland self-opening mechanism, blank gold shield in stock, factory upgraded wood, case colored action, you have ALL OF THE BEST GUN FEATURES AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! This gun was made in 1994 and is still in near new condition. Weighing just 6lbs. and balanced just perfectly 1/8” ahead of the hinge pin, she handles like the BEST GUN that she is. The gun has seen little use and is ready for your sporting clays and upland needs. New today this guns with the factory options would exceed $18,000 in value.
