Presented for you today is a Quality Hardware M1 Carbine .30 rifle, service grade, purchased from Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). Carrying serial number 1575080, this vintage military rifle is dated from 1944.
Wood condition is good for its age. Metal condition is good, with a fair amount of Parkerizing remaining. The 18” Inland barrel’s bore is excellent. This M1 Carbine’s documentation includes an Ordnance Field Service Technical Bulletin, and a CMP Rifle Safety Manual. This is an excellent addition to any military rifle collection.
