Winchester cast iron loading tool is marked "45/60" on top lever and a faint "Pat Oct 20, 1874" by hinge. With Berdan pick and a 45-60 marked de-capping pin. Traces of the original gold paint remain. This seldom seen tool is a great Winchester collectable for your Model 1876 rifle.
