What a wonderful Winchester Bolt Action .22 repeater and don't we wish they made them like this again. This rifle retains all the original finish on metal and walnut stock and is equipped with its original 5 round magazine, and by the way seems to have been impervious to the usual types of dings and scratchs seen on most of these rifles. This example is minus the grooved receiver which means it was a pre war production rifle. Any kid worth his weight in .22 shells would have been mighty proud to have found this under the tree on Christmas morning.
