COLT .45 calibur SHERIFF'S MODEL TEXAS SESQUICENTENNIAL SSA with 4 3/4 inch barrel, mirror bright blue finish, gold etching, 24 KT GOLD PLATED backstrap and trigger guard, smooth ivory grips, French oak presentation case. Made only in 1985. 1,000 manufactured in serial range of TX0001-TX1000. This pistol is serial # TX0623 and I bought it brand new from Welcher's Gun Shop in Tacoma in 1987.
