Description:
1948 Colt Detective Special 2'' factory blue finish with Coltwood grips. This gun is 99%+ investment grade gun. This early 2nd issue was tagged for the US Border Patrol as the archive letter will show. The gun was lightly fired. Factory correct box which I believe may have been renumbered at some point or was a factory mistake so I can't verify if it was original. Cleaning brush and shooting pamphlet also included. Very difficult to improve upon and being lettered to the Border Patrol this D frame is a must have for any collector. Shipping is included in the sale price.
