Marlin model 336-A built in 1948,the first production year.This rifle is chambered in the hard to find 32 Win Special.It has a 24" barrel with a mint bore,a 3/4 magazine,and has not been drilled or altered for scope mounting.The rifle is in excellent all original condition retaining 95% of the original blue finish and 985 of the original wood finish.The stock is sound with no cracks or damage and retains the original buttplate.The action is sound and the lever operates as smooth as butter.This rifle is very hard to find in this caliber and in original unaltered condition.A great classic deer rifle for shooter or collector.C&R eligible.
