Pre war Savage model 99 deluxe takedown in the hard to find 250-3000 caliber.Built in 1930,this rifle is in excellent all original condition.It retains 90% of the original blue finish and 95%of the original wood finish.The bore is mint and free of any rust or pitting.The receiver has not been drilled and tapped for a scope.The lever still retains most of the original case colors.The wood is sound with sharp checkering and no cracks or damage.The stock still retains the original Savage buttplate.This is a classic 99 in unaltered condition in a great and highly desireable caliber.C&R eligible.
