This little pretty sat somewhere away from the action, I am sure. This gun still has about 97-98% of the original factory blue. The loss on this gun is a result of holster wear. There is just some sharp edge silvering of the slide rails, sideplate and muzzle. This is often due to holster wear. The gripstraps have no signs of the usual graying.
The right side of the slide is stamped Eagle/65, Eagle/65, Drooping Eagle. The barrel and bolt, a Drooping Eagle. All parts match including the checkered wooden grips. Their condition is similar to the gun, showing no real wear. There are no splits, chips or missing pieces. There doesn't even appear to be any flattened points.
The barrel is laser bright with razor sharp rifling, not even a hint of frosting. The gun comes with one proper aluminum based blue bodied magazine. Serial numbered 4199.
It is just beautiful to look at and should be fantastic on the range.......$2395.
