Description:
This original 11 gauge double muzzleloading shotgun has tapered round 28" Damascus barrels. The barrels have J Springer in Wien engraved in a decorative banner on the rib. The P++ grade European Walnut stock, with a checkered wrist is mounted with very tasteful engraved iron furniture. The engraved step down percussion locks with dragon head hammers have in Wien on the left plate and Springer on the right plate. Very tasteful metal engraving on all metal parts. Includes an original Ebony ramrod with the brass screw capped wad worm. Length of pull is 14", overall length is 44-1/2", weight is 7.2 lbs. Please Note: This fine shotgun comes in a green felt lined wooden box with 2 original flasks, Joyce percussion cap can, oiler, screw drivers and case key. Very good wood to metal fit - made by J Springer in Wien. Condition: Very good, cased. This items stock number is #P-96-91. Willingto ship anywhere in the US, buyer pays freight and insurance.
