.30-40 Krag caliber, 32" heavy full octagon barrel marked "NIEDNER RIFLE CORP, DOWAGIAC, MICH" on the top flat. Sharps 1878 falling block action marked " J. Oberlies, 32, Dayton, O." on the upper tang. Beautiful deluxe wood with fine checkering on both the forend and pistol grip buttstock. Windgauge front sight, scope blocks, and a Vernier rear Short Range tang sight. Retaining 98-99% blue, mint bore and wood.
