Up for sale today is a WWII US Winchester M1 Carbine serial no. 5723767 chambered in .30 M1 Carbine. This outstanding M1 Carbine is in its original WWII configuration, and is correct for a late-war Winchester-produced rifle. This rifle has never undergone the re-arsenal process and is not import marked. The rifle has an excellent bore and a barrel marking of “W.” The rifle shows an early Winchester-marked push-button safety, and a stamped rear sight, which is the earlier variant of the adjustable rear sights. An outstanding piece of Winchester history and a great addition to any shooting connoisseur’s collection.
