Springfield 1911 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Scarce Pre-WWI U.S. Military pistol made by Springfield Armory in 1914. Only about 30,000 of these were made by Springfield in 1914-15. This gun has been refinished, and the markings are still clear. The bore is fair, dark in the grooves. An affordable example of a desirable U.S. 1911.
